YOUR MISSION
As the Office Manager / Studio Manager / PRO for YKONE’s Dubai office, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, studio logistics, and government-related admin and PRO tasks. You’ll ensure a smooth, organized, and compliant workspace that supports both the creative and operational teams.
OFFICE MANAGEMENT
● Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflows
● Manage utilities, maintenance, cleaning services, and office supplies procurement
● Handle corporate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and team accommodations
● Organize internal meetings, interviews, onboarding, and company events
● Ensure timely renewal and payment of office insurances, licenses, and government permits
● Maintain records, contracts, and databases, and coordinate courier/delivery logistics
● Liaise with suppliers and service providers and manage contracts for cost efficiency
STUDIO MANAGEMENT
● Coordinate studio bookings, quotations, and production logistics
● Set up and maintain studio equipment (lighting, backdrop, etc.) for shoots and content
creation
● Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of studio assets and inventory
● Manage studio supplies, purchasing, and regular updates of studio calendar
● Assist during shoots, events, and pop-ups in the studio
PRO TASKS
● Handle employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and government documentation
● Coordinate with DDA, AXS, and other platforms for company licensing and approvals
● Manage official attestations, NOCs, and document preparation for legal and administrative
processes
● Represent the company when required at government offices (Immigration, Municipality, etc.)
● Stay updated on local labor laws and procedures and communicate changes to management
● Assist with payroll documentation, onboarding/offboarding paperwork, and HR admin support
