Officer – Artwork & Graphic Design Full Time

To adapt and finalise artwork for all brand, advertising and marketing requirements within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists the creative team with the layout of ads, collateral, POS, exhibition materials, etc.
• Works in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator to produce artwork.
• Adapts artwork to many sizes in multiple languages.
• Finalises files and artwork for every job with pixel perfection and speed.
• Ensures all work adheres to any specified corporate guidelines.
• Prepares artwork for printing with 100% accuracy in accordance with technical specifications.
• Reviews and checks work, demonstrating attention to detail.
• Organises workload to ensure tight and moving deadlines are met.
• Actions instructions from the creative and account management teams.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

Minimum Education Level Required

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)

Experience Specific Requirements

• Experience of adapting and finalising artwork in an agency
• Preferred No. of Years (with Relevant Degree) – 1
• Preferred No. of Years (without Relevant Degree) – 3

Systems, Licensing, Language or Certification Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker with very high standard of English as a second language
• High level of familiarity with the Mac operating system
• Experienced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
