Officer – Talent Acquisition Full Time
Job Description
- Providing end to end recruitment support by managing the complete recruitment life cycle across junior levels.
- Partnered with hiring managers to define headcount needs, adopted an agile approach to talent acquisition, and ensured we are always maintaining a full talent pool and providing them analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, refine candidate profiles, and align recruitment efforts with the needs of the organization.
- Ensure recruitment processes align with established SLAs and KPIs, maintaining efficiency and high service standards throughout all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Develope and implement recruitment strategies that aligned with client’s requirements, resulting in a diverse pipeline of candidate profiles.
- Administer pre-employment tests, assessments, or skills evaluations to gauge candidates’ technical and behavioral competencies.
- Manage external recruitment agencies and vendors as necessary, ensuring quality delivery and compliance with agreed-upon terms .
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g. time to hire, sourcing quality, diversity metrics), providing insights to improve the overall recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, ensuring a fair and unbiased selection of candidates.
- Create insightful reports on interview statistics, offer acceptance rates, and successful candidate placements, providing valuable data for strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Keep candidates informed about the status of their application and provide a positive candidate experience.
