Key Responsibilities:

• Specialize in offplan property sales, providing clients with expert advice and guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest market trends, projects, and developments in the UAE.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the buying process.
• Utilize company-provided marketing leads, updated databases, and property listing portals to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in UAE offplan real estate is mandatory.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and its regulations.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
