We are looking for a skilled Operations cum Customer Service Executive to join our Freight Forwarding team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure seamless customer service, and handle documentation processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage freight forwarding operations efficiently.
• Handle Dubai Trade, Calogi systems, and MOFAIC attestation procedures.
• Process documentation and oversee customs clearance activities.
• Ensure smooth communication with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date records of shipments and ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the logistics process.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Dubai Trade, Calogi, and MOFAIC attestation.
• Strong knowledge of documentation and customs clearance procedures.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE.
