Operations Engineer Full Time

Emirates Industrial Panel (EIP) is a leading manufacturer of high-quality insulated sandwich panels, with a presence in over 55 countries worldwide. We are currently seeking a skilled Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering efficient and top-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, develop, and oversee execution of detailed project plans

• Track and report project deliverables to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-efficiency

• Coordinate with cost control to ensure monthly quantities are submitted for invoicing and payment follow-ups

• Provide engineering support and analytical input on technical matters

• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams

• Ensure projects meet all compliance and quality standards

• Travel to project sites as necessary to support operations

• Represent the company in a professional manner with strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel

• Strong understanding of engineering principles and mathematics

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Arabic language skills are an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or contracting firm

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently

• Experience in project planning, tracking, and reporting essential
