Operations Executive Full Time

Job Description:

Seabreeze Logistics is looking for an Operations Executive with a focus on logistics (air/sea/land freight). The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in logistics operations and a strong understanding of logistics regulations and procedures. This role requires someone with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including air, sea, and land freight.

• Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and procedures.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and transportation of goods.

• Utilize logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite to track shipments.

• Resolve operational issues and troubleshoot logistical challenges.

• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations (air/sea/land freight).

• Strong knowledge of logistics regulations and procedures.

• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
