Operations Manager Full Time
As Ikandy Ultra Lounge Operations Manager – F&B (Outdoor Bar & Lounge), we rely on you to:
- Ensure a high quality of food and service are delivered to our guests at all times
- Maximise profitability of the Ikandy Ultra Lounge and drive revenue
- Interact with customers and improve bar operation and service based on feedback received
- Maintain a high standard in relation to service and food
- Coach and maximise the performance of the team
- Take responsibility for the operations look and feel, including but not limited to the overall decor and atmosphere of the restaurant
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant, lounge & bar operation in a 5* hotel environment
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
- Willing to work shifts
- Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
- Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
- Enjoys being challenged
