Painter – Engineering  Full Time

An opportunity has arisen for a Painter to join the Engineering Department in Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• To carry out repairs and maintenance works as directed.

• To complete work orders, PPMs, CWAs as directed.

• To select correct materials from Engineering Stores.

• To read and understand basic drawings.

• To use mechanical test equipment and instruments.

? Selecting and mixing coating paints to desired color and prepare spraying equipment such as cleaning or adjusting spray guns.

? Be capable of reading and understanding technical documents such as paint mixing procedures and maintaining sprayer equipment as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

5 years’ experience in a similar role
Relevant Trade Certificate
