Job Overview
We are urgently seeking a Payroll Officer to join our dynamic construction company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for a large workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for a workforce of 500+ employees accurately and on time.
- Manage employee data, including salaries, benefits, and deductions.
- Prepare and maintain payroll records, reports, and statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee queries promptly.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Payroll Officer, preferably in the construction industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of payroll systems and UAE labor laws.
- Ability to handle a large workforce efficiently.
