Payroll Specialist Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accurate and timely payroll for all employees.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, and other payroll components.
• Manage leave balances and process leave requests (annual, sick, and other types of leave).
• Ensure precise calculations of end-of-service benefits in accordance with labor laws.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records regularly.
• Address payroll-related inquiries from employees promptly.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and tax regulations.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required.
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments on payroll-related matters.
• Execute any finance-related instructions, including the preparation of checks and other necessary tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
• Experience with payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
