Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely execution of landscaping and construction activities.

• Utilize project planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.) to create and track schedules.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient workflow.

• Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.

• Analyze project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders.

• Optimize resource allocation and ensure adherence to project timelines.

Job Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
 5-10 years of experience in planning & scheduling within the construction industry.
 Proficiency in project planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
