Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials, products, and services according to company needs.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals, terms, and conditions.
• Evaluate and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.
• Track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of market trends and vendor management.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
