Procurement Coordinator Full Time
What You’ll Do
-
- Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential vendors for various F&B needs (operators, franchises, suppliers, manufacturers).
- Develop and manage Request for Quotations (RFQs) to secure the best possible pricing and terms.
- Monitor and track contract performance to ensure compliance with all agreed-upon terms and conditions.
- Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement strategies.
- Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Possess a strong understanding of UAE CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) items and their regional suppliers (preferred).
- Maintain a basic working knowledge of kitchen equipment specifications.
What Are We Looking fOr
-
- 4 to 6 years of experience in procurement, F&B operations, franchise management, or a related field
- Proven ability to research, identify, and qualify potential vendors.
- Experience in developing and managing RFQs.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (preferred).
- Knowledge of CAPEX items and their regional suppliers across GCC.
- Working knowledge of kitchen appliance specifications.
- Previous work experience with big F&B operators
- Previous work experience with kitchen equipment suppliers.
- Familiar with procurement software and E-bidding platforms.
