Procurement Executive Full Time

Position Overview

Global Catering Services is seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in procurement, particularly in food and beverage commodities, and possess strong analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Identify and establish reliable supplier relationships to ensure the timely procurement of high-quality goods and services.
• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and contract law in all procurement activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and align with budget requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
• Utilize advanced Excel and procurement software to prepare reports and analyze procurement data for decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Fluent in Arabic (mandatory).
• UAE Driving License is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in the UAE market, focusing on food and beverage commodities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and budget management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
