Procurement In-charge Full Time

We are hiring an experienced Procurement In-charge with expertise in the Steel Fabrication Industry. If you have a proven track record in procurement for steel fabrication, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Source and procure raw materials, equipment, and services specific to steel fabrication.
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve the best deals for the company.
• Oversee and manage the entire procurement process from purchase order creation to delivery.
• Ensure materials meet industry standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and production teams to forecast procurement needs.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement within the Steel Fabrication Industry (minimum of 3-5 years).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Solid understanding of steel materials, market trends, and supplier networks.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
