Position Overview

Legend Holding Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Procurement Manager to oversee procurement strategies, supplier management, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless procurement operations while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, evaluation, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality.
• Oversee the procurement lifecycle, including requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, with at least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement practices, supply chain management, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local and international procurement regulations.
