About the team Our Travel Resources team is dedicated to enhance the business travel experience for employees and ensuring their safety and well-being. By actively monitoring the travel market trends and fostering strong relationships with vendors, our team continuously seeks innovative ways to provide the best in class travel resources, driving greater efficiency and value for the organization. Responsibilities – Category Procurement: Responsible for formulating and executing procurement strategies for travel-related categories (including airlines, hotels, ground transportation, etc.). – Contract Management: Responsible for contract signing and follow-up contract performance management. – Supplier Management: Develop potential supplier resources and evaluate the performance of existing suppliers. – Internal Coordination: Establish efficient cooperation mechanisms with colleagues in travel operations team, finance team, and other related functions to ensure effective implementation of travel policies.

Minimum Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree or higher. – Ability to complete the end-to-end procurement process, including demand analysis, procurement planning, sourcing management, and contract negotiation. – Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse, cross- functional teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with global organizational objectives. – Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve complex problems.
