Your responsibilities
In summary, you’ll:
– Forge procurement strategies and strategic sourcing for essential paper and flexibles, impacting our current and long-term operations.
– Lead sourcing, negotiations, and contract processes to secure advantageous terms.
– Analyse market trends to identify risks and opportunities, benefiting our position in a fast-paced market.
– Collaborate with various teams, ensuring procurement strategies meet business needs.
– Enhance supplier relationships, focusing on continuity, innovation strategies and value generation.
– Contribute to optimising costs and mitigating risks in the procurement of commodities.
– Manage the Print Optimisation Program globally
The experience we’re looking for
– Solid background in procurement, especially within commodities in a global context.
– Proven track record in developing and executing strategic procurement with tangible results.
– Keen negotiation skills coupled with the ability to manage contracts and suppliers effectively.
– Analytical approach, able to evaluate market trends to aid in strategic decisions.
– End to end planning knowledge
– Can navigate conflicting interests across internal departments for optimal cost and service
– High level experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and other AI tools
– Exceptional communication skills, facilitating collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
