Procurement Officer Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for fit-out and joinery projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure the best value for the company.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers and the design team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor market trends, product quality, and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in fit-out and joinery projects.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of industry-specific materials and suppliers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
