Production Supervisor Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate bottled water production to meet daily output targets.






• Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene (HACCP, GMP), and quality control in coordination with QA & Food Safety team.
• Ensure smooth operation of filling, capping, labeling, and packaging processes.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize breakdowns and optimize OEE.
• Maintain accurate production records and report key performance metrics (efficiency, wastage, downtime).
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations in coordination with HSE Team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in beverage bottling plants (preferably water).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of OEE, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing is an advantage.
• Good knowledge with bottling machines (e.g., blow molding, filling, capping, and labeling machines).
