Job Description

Design and implement ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements and develop detailed engineering plans that optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution and adherence to quality standards.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation, providing regular updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and operational staff on the effective use of ELV systems, ensuring a smooth transition and operational efficiency.
Perform regular inspections and audits of installed systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is essential for technical competency.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ELV systems design and implementation, showcasing a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects is preferred to demonstrate capability in managing complex environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure are critical to meet project deadlines and deliver quality results.
