Project Manager Full Time
Key Responsibilities
This role will suit a self-starter that is customer-focused, with a good eye for detail, and the ability to work with key stakeholders across the business on concurrent projects.

- Manage complex projects for a customer facing team
- Programme and resource planning
- Organising and leading steering groups and other governance forums
- Identifying, managing and mitigating programme risks/issues and team/project conflict
- Establishing relationships with senior stakeholders to clarify project deliverables, outputs, timescale, quality, and cost criteria
- Ensuring technology quality standards are adhered to
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Extensive Programme/project management experience within a financial services environment
- Demonstrable evidence of shaping programmes and projects from inception to completion
- Experience of leading and delivering workshops and training in person and via MS Teams
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to deal with conflicting demands
- An advanced attention to detail when developing plans and estimates
- Ability to identify, manage and mitigate programme risks/issues and team/project conflict.
- Manage changes in scope through appropriate change control processes to pro-actively manage changes and ensure optimum value for Reward and no surprises for the customer.
- A self-starter who enjoys a challenge and takes the initiative to get the job done
- Ensure business areas are ready and resourced for implementation of the change
- Develop and manage a regular communication structure with all stakeholders to ensure that all parties are kept informed to guarantee delivery of required outcomes
- Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to the project team
- Encourage skill and knowledge sharing across the team to raise overall level of expertise.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent qualification
