Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal as well as external resources for the proper execution of projects
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget as per the contract conditions
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all concerned stakeholers and ensuring technical feasibility
- Follow up & manage contract negotiations in cooperation with contract management & sales teams
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Prepare project financial reports and present to management
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Drive new opportunities & Variation orders during project execution
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Maintain good relations with the customer & company staff and to provide their satisfaction while protecting SE’s rights as per contract and as per long term commitment for customer satisfaction
- To utilize company’s monitoring tools to follow-up and monitor projects
- University degree in Electrical/Computer or Software Engineering
- PMP Certified.
- Master Degree is an advantage.
- 8- 10 years related work experience,minimum 3 years as Project Manager
- Excellent command of written & spoken English; Arabic and French are asset.
- Experience in Automation and Protection Systems in Utilities and/or Oil &Gas, Protection and Control Relays/Schemes.
- Substation Automation Systems EPMS/BMS solution projects PLC,SCADA, RTU & DCS – Advantage)
- Advanced user of MS Office applications, especially proficiency in MS poject
- Good user of SAP
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications
- Effective communications skills
- Well organized, result oriented, pro-active & a good team player
- Driving License – is mandatory
- Strong motivation and interest in learning new technologies, working on projects and travellig on the frequent business trips to customers.
