Purchase Executive Full Time

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 2-3 years of UAE-based experience as a Purchase Executive in a Luxury Hotel is preferred.
  
  
  
  
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• ‘FIVE-Star’ knowledge of all Relevant Laws, Regulations and Ethical Standards Practices in Procurement Activities.
• Impeccable Communication Skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
• Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.
• A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages the Procurement Activities to ensure the Efficient and Cost-Effective sourcing of Goods and Services for FIVE.
• Identifies, evaluates, and selects Reliable Suppliers for various categories of Goods and Services, demonstrating a ‘FIVE-Star’ Approach to Procurement.
• Seamlessly Collaborates with various Departments, Suppliers, and Stakeholders to maintain High Standards of Quality while optimising costs, ensuring Procurement Processes align with its overall Goals and Standards.
• Negotiates Terms and Conditions with Suppliers to Secure Favourable Agreements in terms of Cost, Quality, and Delivery Schedules.
• Establishes and maintains Sensational Relationships with Vendors to ensure a Continuous Supply of High-Quality Products.
• Implements Quality Standards for all purchased Goods and Services, and ensures Timely Delivery.
• Effortlessly Collaborates with various Departments to understand their Procurement needs and create a Comprehensive Purchase Plan.
• Demonstrates a Remarkable Approach when conducting Supplier Audits to ensure Compliance with Quality Standards and Ethical Practices.
• Continuously Evaluates and Benchmarks Suppliers to Identify Opportunities for Cost Savings and Process Improvements.
• Identifies and Mitigates Potential Risks in the Supply Chain, such as Disruptions, Price Fluctuations, and quality issues.
• Maintains up-to-date Records of all Procurement Transactions, Contracts, and Agreements.
• Stays Informed about Market Trends, Pricing, New Products, and changes that may impact Procurement Processes, ensuring FIVE’s Procurement Practices consistently Remain Compliant and Set the Gold Standard.
• Generates and submits Regular Reports on Procurement Activities, including Cost Savings, Vendor Performance, and Compliance Metrics.
• Develops a Contingency Plan to address Supply Chain Challenges and Ensures Business Continuity.
