Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct vendor research, evaluate suppliers, and establish solid partnerships.
• Handle contract negotiations to secure the best prices, terms, and conditions.
• Manage and maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.
• Coordinate with various departments to forecast procurement needs and plan purchases accordingly.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of materials and services.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
• A UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
