TLM Distribution is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchase & Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of IT hardware and networking, coupled with excellent Excel skills, to manage purchasing and logistics effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement of IT hardware and networking products, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchases.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive prices and high-quality products.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any logistics issues.
• Assist with creating and maintaining reports related to purchasing and inventory management.
• Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for optimizing purchase and logistics processes.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of IT hardware and networking.
• Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to manage data and create reports efficiently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
