Job Description

Procter & Gamble is looking for a passionate Purchasing Manager to drive sourcing and procurement strategies, ensuring efficient business operations and value creation. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

• Manage and execute small-scale sourcing projects efficiently.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and supply chain improvements.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with company standards and policies.

Business & Supplier Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to enhance value and efficiency.
• Partner with internal teams to understand business needs and align procurement strategies.
• Develop and execute contracting principles to optimize supply chain operations.

Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze procurement data to identify business opportunities and areas for optimization.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement tools for reporting and analysis.
• Lead process improvement projects to enhance sourcing efficiency.

Job Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Purchasing, Finance, or Analytics).

Experience:

• Maximum 4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, finance, or analytics (preferred).

Technical Skills:

• Advanced procurement principles, theories, and processes knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to manage deadlines effectively.

Languages:

• English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred).
