Quality Controller Full Time

The Deep Seafood Company is a premium provider of seafood delicacies, specializing in offering the finest and freshest seafood. We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Controller to ensure the highest standards of quality in our seafood production process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks at various stages of seafood production, ensuring all products meet company standards.
• Efficiently handle the inspection of seafood imports to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor seafood processing techniques and equipment to maintain product quality.
• Perform regular audits of production processes, packaging, and storage to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on quality control procedures, inspections, and findings.
• Work closely with the production team to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Ensure that products are free from contaminants and meet all safety and regulatory standards.
• Assist in training staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required.
• Previous experience in seafood production or a related field is essential.
• Knowledge of seafood processing techniques and equipment.
• Experience in handling import inspections for seafood products.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential quality issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
