We are currently recruiting for a Quality Lead for our trusted client to be based out of UAE.
The Quality Lead- TRS is responsible for working cross functionally to continually improve internal processes.
Ensure accurate & timely reporting & follow up of customer and internal audit activities including tracking to closure and continuous improvement.
Drive and manage the effective and timely closure of audit findings and associated corrective and preventive action plans.
Ensure customer issues are reported and managed effectively through the Customer Issue Resolution System, driving timely and effective closure.
Conduct root cause analysis investigations into customer issues as necessary to identify causal factors and determine improvement actions.
Support the Continuous Improvement (CI), Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), Quality Management System (QMS).
Identify and drive best practices and simplification opportunities and initiatives
Adherence to and compliance with company and regulatory HSE requirements & expectations at all times
Adherence to and compliance with company and regulatory Quality management system requirements at all times
Establishing QMS procedures for local Tubular Running Services operations in UAE.
To focus on the QMS of the site leading the auditing process and de-fining controls.
To manage and maintain the document control, records control process for the facility.
Ensure correct alignment with quality requirements (ISO 9001, APIQ2, and other applicable standards
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from an accredited university or college
API Q2 Lead auditor
Problem solving and Quality tools
At least 3-5 years experience in writing procedures, documentations
Significant experience in a quality, operations, or engineering role (Minimum 5-8 years)
Strong oral and written communication skills. (English)
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently.
Strong problem solving skills.
Able to lead projects, taking responsibility from project definition through stakeholder acceptance
Strong working knowledge and experience with various computer software such as MS Office Suite, including MS Excel (pivot tables, pivot charts)
Strong oral and written communication skills.
