Quantity Surveyor Full Time

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) for an exciting Roads and Bridges project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction of roads and bridges, with a strong preference for prior experience working with the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).




Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of quantity surveying for Roads and Bridges projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess work progress and cost variations.
• Analyze tender documents and prepare bills of quantities (BOQs).
• Monitor and assess material and labor costs.
• Track project progress and assist in resolving any issues related to contracts and scope.
• Assist with value engineering, cost control, and project cost optimization.
• Provide support to the project management team regarding all contractual and financial matters.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on Roads and Bridges construction.
• Previous experience working with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai is highly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC and local regulations).
• Strong expertise in cost estimation, procurement processes, and project cost management.
• Proficiency with quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken); Arabic is a plus
