Quantity Surveyor Full Time

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Utilities (Infra and Road) to join our team for a major project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects within the UAE. Immediate joiners will be given priority.




Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for infrastructure projects.
• Conduct site inspections and measurements to ensure accurate valuations of work completed.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Review, negotiate, and finalize contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Analyze project risks and provide cost-effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in infrastructure works (roads, utilities) in the UAE.
• Availability: Ready to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and financial analysis software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
