Real Estate Admin Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the real estate team

• Prepare and manage documentation for property listings, leasing, and sales

• Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with clients

• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of property listings and transactions

• Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner

• Liaise with agents, developers, and clients as required

• Support marketing and promotional efforts, including listing properties online

• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in administrative or real estate support roles

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of real estate processes in the UAE is a plus
