Real Estate Agents Full Time

Position Overview:
NextDoor Real Estate L.L.C. is looking for dynamic and self-motivated Real Estate Agents to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties across the UAE. Your deep knowledge of the UAE real estate market and strong sales skills will be critical to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information regarding the properties.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values to advise clients accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire process.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE real estate market.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, trends, and regulations.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not required).
