Responsibilities:
Enhance visitor experiences by delivering exceptional service and maintaining our professional image through skillful management of reception area and guest interactions
Drive operational efficiency through proactive calendar management, meeting coordination, and office administrative support
Ensure seamless communication flow by managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with precision and professionalism
Optimize office functionality by maintaining supplies, equipment, and coordinating with facilities management
Support team productivity by providing reliable administrative support and maintaining organized documentation systems
Create positive experiences for both internal team members and external visitors through thoughtful coordination of office events and meetings
Required Skills:
3+ years of experience in visitor management and professional reception duties in a corporate office environment
Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proven computer literacy with Google Workspace
Demonstrated organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience in handling professional communication across multiple channels
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
