Receptionist Full Time

Job Summary:

Nehal Hotel Abu Dhabi is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to provide exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will have experience in the UAE hotel industry and be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries efficiently.
Manage phone calls, emails, and guest requests professionally.
Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Provide information about hotel services, promotions, and local attractions.
Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Receptionist in a UAE hotel (mandatory).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Immediate availability is required.
