Job Description:
We are seeking a Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is well-maintained.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Professional appearance and customer service-oriented attitude.
