Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Utilize various recruitment techniques and tools to attract top talent.
• Assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment needs.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
