Position Overview

SSC Consultancies is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Officer (Emiratization) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to build a career in recruitment and contribute to Emiratization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on various platforms and ensure accurate representation of job openings.
• Screen applications to identify qualified candidates for interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain an organized database of candidates, applications, and recruitment records.
• Communicate updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in developing and implementing Emiratization strategies to meet organizational goals.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools is a plus.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.
