Regional Marketing Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Regional leadership team -working on strategic/tactical projects & business governance






• Championing business priority in marketing discussions and marketing validations in business consultations
• Global Marketing Team participation – bringing in global insights & representing the region globally
• Support new product development & go-to-market plan in collaboration with business development
• Develop regional marketing and growth plans for all sub-industries (e.g. – Mid-term Plans)
• Collaborate with public affairs teams ( where applicable ) to drive medium to long term projects
• Build, secure and strengthen connect at leading Customers – lead ideations, customer days and workshops
• Leading global initiatives regionally (e.g. customizing global launches for regions )
• Develop compelling storyline and creative propositions, for next generation technology and offerings
• Drive implementation of Marketing Communication and digital marketing strategy plan
• Lead customer segmentation, mapping exercise and develop customer/channel strategy
• Drive regional pricing and product strategy and analysis
• Contributing to the commercial excellence – i.e. regional/individual growth plans that are prepared, challenged, executed, and maintained

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of work experience in Food & Beverage Industry in Middle East Africa Region.
• Min 3 years experience in at least one of Baking or Beverages Industry
• MSC in Marketing or MBA in Marketing Preferred
• Superior communication skills and demonstrated ability to translate strategic plans into actionable, measurable goals
• Proven ability to indirectly lead and motivate teams
