Regional Marketing Manager Full Time

Accountabilities

• Deliver Etihad’s Marketing strategy across a specific region to ensure alignment to overall targets.






• Implement market research initiatives on trends to develop effective marketing campaigns.
• Ensure the selection of the most effective and cost-efficient media to reach target customers with maximum impact and ROI.
• Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions in marketing plans across the region.
• Advise and support in the identification of the most effective channels to maximize marketing opportunities and commercial results.
• Review and report to top management on major risks and issues to ensure they are addressed effectively and on time.
• Report on initiatives to ensure proper monitoring of ROI.
• Design initiatives aimed at innovations identification and results improvements.
• Drive the development of online marketing strategies, to ensure alignment with Etihad’s marketing, sales, and communication objectives.

Education & Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in a related discipline.
• 8+ years relevant work experience
• Strong project management and presentation skills
• Experienced marketer with clear commercial objectives and KPIs.
• Experience working with global agency partners as well as complex stakeholder groups.
• Experience working for a large organisation in the Indian Subcontinent
