Regional Sales Engineer Full Time


Job Description:

Johnson Controls is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Engineer specializing in HVAC Applied Products to join our team in Dubai. This pivotal role reports directly to the Sales Director – Applied Products for the Middle East and Africa region. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our sales network through indirect channels, focusing on products such as Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and Fan Coil Units (FCUs).​




Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Lead sales initiatives and create regional sales strategies to drive business growth for the HVAC product portfolio.​

  • Channel Management: Build and enhance relationships with existing channel partners and identify opportunities to add new partners across the Middle East and Africa region.​

  • Market Analysis: Proactively share insights on market trends, customer needs, and industry developments with the sales team and channel partners to inform business plans.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, consultants, and customers to promote business growth and maximize revenue opportunities.​

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing support and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.​

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the HVAC industry, specifically focused on Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs within the Middle East and Africa regions.​

  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of delivering sales targets and leading sales teams.​

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.​

  • Travel Requirement: Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time.​

  • Presentation Skills: Strong ability to present and influence key stakeholders, consultants, and owners.​

  • Personal Attributes: Independent, innovative, strategic thinker with the ability to work under pressure.​
