Remittance Clerk Full Time

Al Ansari Exchange is looking for a Remittance Clerk (Teller) to join our team of professionals. This role is critical to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the accurate and secure handling of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process remittance and currency exchange transactions with accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Maintain records of all transactions and report discrepancies or issues.
• Cross-sell company products and services when applicable.
• Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and security when handling sensitive customer information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• At least 2 years of experience in cash handling and customer service.
• Strong communication skills in English and/or Arabic.
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong mathematical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts and at various locations across the UAE.
