Reservation Agent Full Time

Position Overview:

As a Reservation Agent at Park Hyatt Dubai, you will be responsible for processing reservations received through various channels such as fax, telephone, email, extranet, or central reservation systems. You will play a key role in developing room revenue and occupancy forecasts, ensuring smooth service delivery, and providing accurate information about hotel features and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process all reservations in a timely manner from various channels, including fax, telephone, mail, extranet, or central reservation systems.
• Assist in developing room revenue and occupancy forecasts, contributing to overall hotel performance.
• Maintain clear communication regarding all reservations to ensure smooth and effective service.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently and professionally.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks or secondary duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Experience: Previous experience in a reservation or customer service role is preferred.
