Key Responsibilities:
·        Handles incoming reservations received through telephone, Facsimile, E-mail/Internet

• Processes amendments and cancellations and enters these in the computer.
• Replies to inquiries and reservations through facsimile and e-mail as received.

Requirements:
-Experience in reservations beneficial but not essential
-Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
-Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
-Strong communication skills
