Reservations Agent Full Time
We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team at Park Hyatt Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the Reservations Department, providing excellent and consistent service to our valued guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle reservation inquiries and bookings in a professional and efficient manner
- Ensure accuracy in guest details and booking confirmations
- Manage guest requests and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates, special offers, and hotel facilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
Qualifications:
- Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
