Retail Sales Executive Full Time

The Retail Sales Executive (Automotive) is responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a retail automotive environment. This role involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and offering the best automotive solutions while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining showroom displays, managing inventory, and meeting sales targets.




Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Interaction:
• Greet and engage customers in the showroom, providing excellent customer service.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles, accessories, and services.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and performance to customers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Process sales transactions, including paperwork and payment arrangements.
• Product Knowledge & Market Insights:
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, prices, and promotions.
• Keep track of market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer feedback.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives with potential customers.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely follow-through after sales.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide information about vehicle specifications, financing options, and after-sales services.
• Showroom Maintenance:
• Ensure the showroom is well-organized and displays vehicles and accessories in an appealing manner.
• Ensure inventory levels are accurately monitored and reported to management.
• Assist with visual merchandising, promotional displays, and seasonal campaigns.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.
• Prepare and submit sales reports as required by the sales manager.
• Complete necessary paperwork for vehicle sales, including contracts and finance documents.
• Collaboration & Teamwork:
• Work closely with the sales team, service department, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Attend training and meetings as required to improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in retail sales or automotive sales preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive products and features.
• Skills:
