Safety Officer Full Time


Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Safety Officer in the aluminium industry or a closely related field

  • Education & Certification:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field

    • NEBOSH / IOSH certification is mandatory

  • Knowledge:

    • Strong understanding of UAE safety regulations, local labour laws, and industry best practices

    • Familiarity with risk assessments, safety audits, and emergency response procedures

  • Skills:

    • Excellent observation and problem-solving skills

    • Strong communication and reporting abilities

    • Proficient in preparing safety documentation and training materials

  • Key Attributes:

    • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to hazard prevention

    • Ability to enforce safety measures and promote a culture of safety

    • Team player with leadership qualities to guide site personnel on safety compliance
