Job Description:
Pandora UAE is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Al Ain. As part of the world’s first jewelry company, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide a premium shopping experience.
- Offer product recommendations using a consultative sales approach.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Pandora’s products, customization options, and target customer groups.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing activities to drive store traffic.
- Ensure excellent store presentation and adherence to brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience (preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and create memorable shopping experiences.
