Sales Associate Full Time

To provide excellent customer service and generate sales by assisting customers in finding and purchasing merchandise.




Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers, identify their needs and provide assistance.
• Recommend products and explain their features and benefits.
• Assist customers in selecting merchandise, suggesting additional items and upselling products.
• Process sales transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments, and issuing receipts and change.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and cleaning merchandise.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and learning opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
